The complex of buildings, starting from the Appia Antica, includes the “Casale di Fiorano”, formerly owned by the Convent of San Saba in the tenth century, named as “fortified house” in the twelfth century, which is the oldest part of the estate.

Going inward, you can see the “Fioranello Casali” buildings dating back to the nineteenth century, the complex structure and elegant architectural elements on which overlooks a terrace with views of Rome, born with a manor-house function.

At the center of the estate there is a building of great magnitude currently dedicated to the hospitality and other events, placed in a park created in the last century by Prince Paolo Boncompagni, consisting of a collection of rare plants from around the world and by a broad representation of varieties of plants of the Appia Antica Park.
The building is flanked by the small chapel of the estate dating from the eighteenth century.

The Estate is also the cradle of the production of Fiorano Fiorano White and Red wine, of which for many years Prince Alessandrojacopo Boncompagni increased production and was responsible for its worldwide spread.

The Tenuta di Fiorano is located inside the Roman countryside, a cultivated and inhabited since Roman times. His story has also accompanied the entire history linked to that of Rome, with ups and downs of succession to become property of the Boncompagni family.

Arriving at closer to our times, in the nineteenth century was inherited by Prince Baldassarre Boncompagni, famous mathematician and bibliophile, who was succeeded by Francesco Boncompagni, Governor of Rome and Minister of State, who devoted much to the land of the estate.

His work was continued by Prince Alberico Boncompagni that following the example of his father increased its improvement works with the construction of buildings, the installation of the vineyard and grain production. The estate was one of the first estates to be put to organic farming. Here the Fiorano wine is born.

It is currently owned by the Prince Boncompagni Alessandrojacopo that always reflect the continuity, has maintained the same principles of respect for the land, the production of cereals, fruits, wine and the famous Fiorano

The Tenuta di Fiorano, with its spaces both indoor and outdoor, offers the possibility of creating different types of events.
The larger deck area can accommodate up to 250 people, while the gardens offer limitless hospitality.
The estate has an area with a pool inside the large park with its botanical path. It organizes wine tastings, cultural events, exhibitions exhibitions, conferences, weddings.
